I am annoyed that Support offers no support when it comes to reporting anything to them. two tickets to them and not a single reply or acknowledgement. Checked e-mails every day, including spam............nothing.

I have found that support only responds about 25% of the time and in most cases just gives a generic non-answer to the person reporting a problem. As long as they are getting paid they don't really care about problems.

All Support inquiries are being reviewed and answered when needed.
Most of the issues are handled within 48 working hours. More complex reports like multi account reports or similar requires more time in order to perform deeper game logs investigation.
Also, please take under consideration, that not every report ends up with a ban or our reaction from our end.

It seems that the rules only apply for multi accounts if players don't spend money. If they spend a lot, then support becomes blind with multi accounts. FACT.
