Negative harvest/collection through papyrus rols

    Hi all,


    since recently my game developped a weird problem ... Not always, but now and then (every 3 or 4 harvests/growths) , when I collect/produce via the papyrus rolls in the shop I loose several millions of resource. So instead of adding, it substracts. There is no regularity in it, it happens every three of four collections. I have no idea why it happens, but it is very discouraging and highly unpleasant.


    Anyone has this experience?.. Is it something that I am overlooking ?.. Could it be a bug in the system ?..

    What is the amount that your warehouse will hold? Is it possible that your warehouse already has the maximum amount allowed for it's level? If that's the case, you cannot collect more than your warehouse can hold of any resource. Any excess will be lost on harvesting. Make sure that you continue to upgrade and enlarge your warehouse. And the same is true of wheat. You must keep upgrading the wheat field or wheat will be lost on harvesting if you're over the amount for storage.

    Your point is correct Lady, but that's not it, ample space in warehouses...( sometimes it's way more then the harvest that gets lost) I reported a few times to support as well, but no comment .. For now, I'll just plod along and see what happens , it happens as I said randomly, but just frequent enough to eb a nuisance... If I get to find out the reason, then I'll let you know ...

    well.... the developpers won't be too happy with this, (hower, I asked help in support at least 4 if not 5 times) .. but I have gone back to manual collecting and all is okay.. so I think it was the papyrus rolls that did cost me a lot .. I now do not lose harvest anymore, and neither do I pay for papyrus rolls in the shop.
