Am I missing something? How do I fill up my serdab? It is only ever at 1% capacity. Is it possible to send goods there? If so, how? If not, what's the point of it?

you do not have to fill up your serdab, and it's also not necessary to fill it up .. It works automatically .. The Serdab will protect a certain percentage of your warehouse when you're under attack .. The 1 % is not of the Serdab capacity, but the 1 % is the precentage of stocks from your warehouse that is kept safe by the Serdab... Grow your Serdab and the 1% "safe" stock (resources ) will grow...
This makes sense to you ?
