I just registered on this forum. I hope it will interest you to learn that I almost gave up because I entered the correct answer to the password question *with capital letters* at the start of each word. Knowing at least more than zero about how computers function, I guessed (correctly as it turns out) that it might be all lower case.
This is not an obvious point. I would not be surprised if players in the past have tried and failed to register, have got frustrated and have given up on registering for this very forum. This in turn means they cannot access your help and support. In worst case scenario, you will have then lost a player and any future revenue they may have generated. You unfortunately would be blissfully unaware of this *because said player couldn't register on this forum to tell you*.
