hit a level 9 nomad after scouting and using the simulator which said I would win in one round and lost my troops, not the first time it has happened, brought up with support previously and got no response

The biggest mistake most people make when they use the simulator is that they do NOT put in all of the information. This will lead to a false result. Be sure that the season your troops are attacking from is correct as well as inputting your Sphinx, Obelisk, Sunroom Mansion, your barter, and Zodiac. Once you have put in everything hit the simulate button several times to see what the different outcomes will be. Add or deduct troops accordingly to get the best outcome.

Just putting out general information. In the nearly 2 years that I have been playing, I have never encountered a major problem with the sim. There will always be a slight variance due to the random luck factor but that is to be expected.

so you having no problem is great, others have and had the troops put back by the devs because of it
